Burp Schedule

Once daily is sufficient. Check at 24-hour intervals.

Always open bottles slowly, pointed away from your face. A towel over the cap is wise.

Chemist's note

Glass flip-top bottles (Grolsch-style) are rated for ~6 PSI but can fail unpredictably. Plastic soda bottles let you squeeze-test carbonation — when the bottle is rock hard, it's ready. For glass, always refrigerate once carbonated. Cold slows fermentation and reduces CO₂ solubility pressure. Never leave high-sugar 2F bottles at room temp for more than 3 days.
